In addition to this focus, Ben maintains a strong enthusiasm for sustainability and environmental law. Recovering over $30 million for individuals and businesses affected by environmental disasters like the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, Ben knows the importance of seeking justice for those wronged—be it people or the environment—by the negligence of others. Ben is a native of Columbus, Georgia and attended college at nearby Auburn University. While attending law school at the University of Georgia, Ben served as President of his class. When he is not working, Ben enjoys attending Auburn and UGA athletic events and spending time with his two children, Will and Elizabeth.
