When Georgia attorney Ben Finley learned of the widespread use and discharge by the carpet industry of the family of PFAS chemicals in and around Northwest Georgia, he knew he needed to act. In short order, Ben pulled together a comprehensive team to help Georgia residents get justice for this contamination. The team includes a set of experienced litigators, led by Jason Itkin* and Noah Wexler* at Arnold & Itkin and Sean Tracey** at Tracey, Fox & Walters. Ben also invited Consumer and Environmental Advocate Erin Brockovich*** and water expert Bob Bowcock to join the fight.
